Cable Riser Tap-Off Unit




The TO series of Tap-Off units allows the riser cable to be tapped off at the required floor in the riser duct. TO enclosures are metallic in 1.2mm sheet steel powder coated and suitable for wall mounting or mounting on the steel structure framework in the riser.

The removable cover of the TO box is sealed against the ingress of moisture. It come complete with fiber boards at the top and bottom to facilitate cable entry. Depending on the required cable size, suitable sized line taps (4 nos.) and earth tap are base mounted for the connection to outgoing distribution boards. Type Tested by PSB.
